So damage has been lowered down by a significant amount and man those magic pen nerfs in cunning, yikes. Don't think the mage players wanted that kind of early game recoil. There were also item changes that point in the favor of tanks. Now I'm not gonna cry out TANK META but its certainly going in that direction, slowly but surely.
the damage amp nerfs hurts tanks, too
% amp being nerfed makes them not as good at streamrolling you with raw base damage
this is good in every possible way; tanks doing less damage across the board makes juggernauts actually worth picking, scaling damage is less insane
You think a 5% decrease in damage is going to create a tank meta when it affects tanks too? lol
waiting for AD items nerfs... meanwhile they just gain bonus HP and become cheaper...

these changes are good.
if an adc can die in 2 shots from anything tanks included you know that there is a problem with damage in the game.
and for how long have people complained that the offensive portion of mastery&keystones make the defensive part look like garbage? that's right since the dawn of it all.
