Option to queue without surrender?

I would gladly be put last in line low priority queue and have to wait 10-20 minutes for a game if it meant that I was playing with 4 other people on my team who had agreed to have the surrender button disabled. I don't have the time to get involved in communities and find people willing to play at the weird times i do, so it would just be so nice if there was something like an extra game mode "no surrender!", or a checkbox when queuing, anything!

It's just the most pathetic and degrading feeling when I put some time aside to play league, and my team surrenders at t2 tower loss, or if I'm having fun actually playing and everyone else isn't even bothering because it's not 100% guaranteed that we are going to snowball to victory with 30 kills each.

I hate the toxicity and general bad-vibe that the surrender button gives. Maybe because I started off my MOBA career with DOTA2 or what, but after 4 years of playing league I can honestly say I would play more and spend more money on the game if I could get that epic euphoria of the comeback play.
