[Gameplay] Fiora doesn't parry teemo's Q

So, just played a game against teemo, as fiora. Found that, in mid-parry cast, I would go from not blinded, to blinded. Had this happen at least four times. No matter what point I cast her W at, teemo's q would always make it through and blind me. Didn't take damage from his Q either. Was still blinded. Will do some more testing with a friend, later...
