Chat Restrictions

Did you know according my current Riot rep that they do not have the ability to review chat logs while the tribunal is under development. Thus we can conclude the data they utilize to determine chat bans is based solely on the the number of reports they get from other summoners.
Quantity over Quality.

I recently had a 25 game chat restriction. After which I rarely talk in chat anymore. I tend to mute everyone at the beginning of the game.

Even more recently I received a 5 game chat restriction. Once concluded, I immediately received another. So. Clearly Chat restrictions are not based on actual chat because I wasnt able to communicate during those matches. Further more I have received 1 notification of a report (you know that little box at the end of game). That notification happened in January. It is now March so are these current Chat bans retroactive to preseason?

I havent been nice this season. I can admit I hate the players in Bronze 100% more this season with the amount of trolling, afk, and genuine jerks who wish cancer on my kids. Of course i respond. Yea sorry I lose my cool then...but at least Riot has ME under control, well sort of. I am sure i was a top priority.
