Morgana is fucking disgusting and you all know it.

Morg was one of my mains long before she was popular. Yes, Black Shield blocks tons of cc, but you have to invest a tons of points in it or else it will get broken easily. I don’t know why Morg is more annoying than Tahm Kench eating people... or Thresh throwing out a lantern that can zoom someone halfway across the screen... or Zilean reviving someone... and so on.

It seems like people just want to play champs that can blow up squishies so they can feel like they’re good at the game. They get angry when they actually have to use strategy to work around counter measures.

First they bitch about CC being too OP. Now they bitch about one single champion that can save you from it... Hmmmm... I think we actually need more champions similar to Morgana. That could nullify CC for your allies. But with different playstyle. (cuz i want that fucking blackshield but cant play morgana at all) XD

Her black shield being instantaneous, and blocking everything until it is broken, is certainly frustrating and lacks interesting counterplay to a large extent. You would probably get farther by articulating your frustration in a bit more reasonable and less blunt way.

q - moderate to long cd spell that has medium hitbox and cannot hit enemies through minions; requires morg to put herself in danger of enemy cc and damage to cast it

w - negligible damage thanks to last time she was meta support and it got gutted; requires very low hp opponent or a ton of ap to make it worthwhile to cast for damage; only good for gp5/gp10 gold collection

e - longer cd spell that is really good when used correctly; can be baited out; does not block physical damage - only gives cc immunity for it's duration; negates or weakens opponents' engage potential similar to...

thresh flaying, janna using tornado, or ali using headbutt to disengage leona when she lands her e - to prevent her from engaging and landing her combo

to tahm eating teammates when they get cc'd, except morg's e has an actual cd

to braum shield - protecting teammates from damage and cc

to zilean or kayle ult

r - not very useful for support morgana unless she has zhonya or a massive hp advantage in lane because she will die while channeling for the stun in most cases if one of the above 2 is not met; of course there's the 1-time-use stopwatch option too

Now WHY exactly are we complaining morgana is broken? In addition to all the stuff I listed above, her damage on her spells is less than most ap mage supports such as lux, zyra, brand. She's honestly one of the more balanced ap supports. Just because her kit is useful and can protect teammates while still allowing engage options of her own does not make her broken or toxic.

LOL. Compared to all the other ACTUAL frustrating as fuck champions, Morgana is nothing.

I think you are just butthurt and need to learn how to play against her. She has clear weaknesses- high CDs early, Q can be blocked by minions, black shield can be broken very easily early until she puts points in it, etc.

Don't come to the boards crying just because you got slapped by a Morg who outplayed you. Outplay her next time and move on.

If your lane partner isn't willing to drop CSing to hit her when she tries to walk past the minions and Q, yeah you're screwed. But then the same is true with almost any matchup. It's just extra frustrating with Morg because there's nothing you can do to save whoever ate the Q because of your lane partner's stupidity.

I haven't seen someone say something so wrong in quite sometime.

While i agree she could use a rework because she feels terrible to play with few options and that shield invalidates a lot of supports instantly, i would try and make a well worded post about it instead of another random QQ thread....

You're right, but the Silvers think they know better. Morgana is just really dumb. Wave clear with a single ability, doesn't have to ever interact with the opponent and if she does she can fish for Q's then just chunk you down with little to no counterplay besides taking Cleanse and hoping she doesn't hit you between cooldowns.
