Here at riot we like to make inovative ideas ( not stolen from overwatch or anything ) and give more options fun to the players but at noones expense and we dont allow for spam of these features because it is frustrating to other players ( literally introduces the number 1 most frustrating way of bming after lvl 6 and 7 mastery -.- ). #RITOFTW
