Now that were going to get a sleep effect can't we give teemo a sleep dart ability?

I think that with the way sleep will work, it would cause trouble for a DOT champion like Teemo. Receiving damage over a certain threshold will probably wake sleeping champions early, so Teemo's poison DOTs would potentially cancel his own CC, which would be frustrating for the Teemo player.
