Ranked duos only in the same Tier please

Picture this, a team with 4 plats and a gold 5, who just barely made it out of silver. The gold 5 is the duo of one of them who doesn't care about his account and spends the game following one teammate around, dancing, flashing on him, ulting him. Can you blame the guy for being upset? Not only does he lose Lp, he has to put up with this. Can you blame him for being toxic? He definitely shouldn't be toxic, but when games are this unbalanced, when he gets teammates like this over and over again... it really gets to a point where toxicity is just his natural state.

I admit it, its me. I'm ranting, but these games are getting ridiculous. We need a better way to determine player skill, a better way to set up matchmaking, and a better way to determine toxicity. You can read the chat logs, but what of the things that don't show on that chat log? Following a player around all game? Trolling? Ulting a teammate, spamming dance, spamming taunt? Duo's that breed toxicity then double report at the end of the game? I bet if everyone gave ranked games their all, I bet that if trolls were removed, if there were better ways to match players... I bet that League of Legends would no longer be renowned for its highly toxic community. End rant. You may downvote me to oblivion now.
