Riot and Hitboxes.

Is is just me or do so many of the animations not fit the actual hitbox. For example Blitzcrank Q, doesn't go as far as the animation. Jinx W can completly miss you but still hit you somehow. Annie W, I mean srsly. It would be nice if riot could fit the animation to the hitbox because it is extremly frustrating to get hit by skillshots that miss you and it is hard learning to dodge when you aren't completly certain where the hitbox starts and where it ends.
