Losing streak wont end!! help... is this normal?

Hello! I have been on a losing steak for some time now, i try to do everything possible to get out of it but it seems i am out matched every single game. I am not a pro. I do my best in every game that i play ( try hard ) as some call it. This becomes frustrating and tedious to enjoy playing in this manner. As a result i am getting chat ban/ restrictions on this account . It is difficult to be positive when u lose almost every single match. Feels like if u are chat banned you are auto labeled/ categorized into (sour) matched games by Riot s matching system.. I have recived free skins and champs for being positive, but now stuck in a endless loop of chat restrictions. Riot please address this issue, have i been put into a bracket that wont allow me play and interact with other team members from either side getting tips and build stragies for future and present games without having to wait for end game chat section, wondering if that person will be there or have left. How do u expect people to have fun and enjoy the game when they lose games constantly and have amazing attitude for future games. How many games with afks do i need to endure. it helps peoples frustration levels through everyday situations when thing like everything mentioned above is reviewed.
