Please make LeaverBuster a little bit more lenient.

Yesterday, I had two games where due to net and power issues I dc-ed once in both games. However I returned to the game in less than 10 minutes. I totally understand that this can be a big spoiler for my team. But a 10 minutes low priority q for 5 games is a bit too much isn't it? When I never leave or afk games. There might be 2-3 afks in 6 months always for less than 10 minutes.
