Make the LP System More Accurate

I don't understand the solo/duo queue LP system at all. At lower elos (Silver/Gold), it is extremely hard to climb the ranks without extreme luck. I'm at the point where if I don't carry hard, I'm gonna lose the game, and I still end up losing 15-25 LP because I had 4 players on my team that were worthless. Why should I be penalized the same amount of LP for losing when I (hypothetically) go 15/4/11, while my teammate that cost us the game by feeding that damn [insert snowballing champion here] went 2/19/6? It's a bit stupid that I am punished for having bad teammates. I think LP should be more centered around how well you play as an individual more than how the entire game went. I'm not saying you should gain LP from losing, but you should not lose nearly as much.

This obviously doesn't go for 5v5s or 3v3s, just solo/duo games.

Welcome to the flaw of the ELP system, a system made for Chess because it's centered around your mistakes and your choices in a 1v1 scenario. In chess you control every aspect of your pieces. Imagine if we had 5 people playing on the same chess white side but they had little time to communicate and short turns.
