Banned Falsely - Riot Support Useless

I'd like to say a few things before I start to complain about my ban..

  • I have played over 1200 hours on League
  • I have played for over a year
  • I have supported the game entirely, introducing many of my friends to the game
  • I have spent several hundred dollars in-game
  • The only third party things about my League are LoLwiz from Overwolf, and the Blakinola announcer pack

After playing a normal with a couple of friends, I was randomly permanently suspended for the "use of scripts, hacks, exploits or unauthorized third-party programs". I instantly contacted support with my concerns, only to be given the line, "The evidence we found on your account confirmed for us that the client played on was modified in a way to give an unfair advantage over others.". After I attempted to investigate my false ban further, Riot has failed to message me back for 3 days. I have wasted so many resources on this game for it to be stripped away for no reason at all. I'd like to be given a little more insight on why I was banned in the first place, and if I get any benefit of the doubt at all.

I don't suggest using any mods other than those that record for replay because they violate the simple principle:_ It is against the rules to alter the player experience in any way from the moment they hit the PLAY button until they go to the post-game recap screen. _

I know that a Rioter said that Overwolf itself was okay, but I am not aware of a ruling on LolWiz or Build of League.

No bearing on whether or not you should be punished. Sorry, but that line gets overused a lot in threads like these...

Holy shit I did not know that was a thing.

Anyway, if you are innocent then good luck. If you're not, feel free to imagine some veiled insult or whatever I guess. Or play Smite?

Get used to it. Riot is a piece of shit. Their game will never make past amateur in the realm of sports. Its more like a game of tattle tale and the people that get told on first lose.
