taliya buffs suggestion
She not very good... so here's what I suggest. Nothing about ap dmgs or ratio on her abilities like riot is used to.
Q into the circles : Shots 1-2-3 times at level 1-3-5 instead of just 1 shot when she stands in the circles (still 5 shots when outside)
W : allow taliya to w on her allies (if hit by her e heals instead of damaging) and allow her to w allies over walls (#LCSBIGPLAYS)
Just those 2 small changes would make her more viable especiallu as a support
