Pull your head out of your corn hole and balance this accursed game

You fools need to think more on balance than what's cool, like a 13 year old who wants to be game designer. Here's an idea take more than 2 weeks of brain storming and actual look into what the problems are with the entire game not only popular champs. Example: Yasuo has Double crit, a shield, armor pen, and extreme mobility. While someone like Mordekaiser has no CC, no mobility, poor tank capability, poor mage qualities, and has the range of a toothpick. Now the best way to fix either of these champs is to take your philosophy of "Identity" and throw that concept out of the window. You use it as a excuse not to remove the 13 year old ideas you have. Example: you use "Identity" to keep Ryze's combos because of the original design and you refuse to replace how he plays because his "Identity" of combo mage and it has never worked. He either is super powerful or 6 feet under. So if a champion's gameplay doesn't work, don't try and force it to, either find a different way or remove it. Now I know you don't like the idea of removing the champ from the game, but if you want a balanced game it will be required. Or the other option is to halt releasing new champions and fix all the ones you have released. And I know that won't happen because it would lessen your cash flow.

You can't keep up this filp flopping on numbers and ignoring unpopular champions, either take more time or start removing things.

If Riot listened to people like you on the boards who complain that certain champions should be removed, eventually we will be left with nothing.
Removing, champions isn't the answer.... when it comes to game designing or programming itself, it trail and error. you never get it right on the first try. Doing different buffs/ nerfs in the game just changes the game up and keeps constant interest in the game.

Just because its unpopular champion, doesn't mean it should be removed.

You need look at it from business stand point as well. If they removed a champion, they would need to do a refund on all the skins that were with that champion. For example if they moved let say Udyr from the game. From all his skins that would be about $50-75 all together. Depending how many people owns those skins for that champion... they would lose a lot of money if they had to refund all of it. If they don't refund they will have backlash as well. So either way "Removing" champion is not option from a business stand point.

actually yasuo and mordekaiser, while being annoying are 2 of the more balanced champions of the game having a 50 and 51 percent win rate average this patch. furthermore if you actually look at how good both champs are if you have a lot of games on them (125+) you will see that Mordekaiser actually beats yasuo(53 to 51 percent winrate).

Unpopular champions can be weak yes, but even champions that are really popular like nidalee can have entire periods in which their win rate is mediocre.

As for ryze, he is really weird this patch because he has an average win rate of 48 percent, but people that play him a lot have an average winrate of 57 percent. So he is being both way to strong and way to weak right now.

It is so that yasuo feels way stronger then morde and that ryze feels really like a coinflip for underpowered or overpowered. But looking at the statistics says to me that that is really not so right now, sorry.
