tanks that shred people

juggernauts are the most retarded class in the game. like fr why did riot think it was a good idea to make tanks that do as much damage as a full damage top laner? just look at garen and darius. they take very little damage bc they build mostly tank, but with just one damage item (black cleaver which is also tanky) they can still shred health bars with ease while taking almost no damage. same for cho gath. he has infinitely scaling health with his ult, and will build mostly tank with maybe 1-2 ap items and late game his ult does 1k true dmg. LIKE WTF IS THIS. even galio has retardedly high base damages on his q for a tank. rito pls
