QOL buffs for Stealth Wards and Pink Wards

Stealth Wards: Give a number indicator on them from first placed to last placed such that either the last number, 3, or the first number, 1, will tell you which would be the disappearing ward when you place a fourth Stealth Ward, this way we get to know which ward we lose when we place a new ward and this option can be toogleable in the options settings in game.

While we are at it we should give Bard's Chimes a similar mechanic so you would know which chimes in what order will be disappearing first.

Vision Wards: Give them the sight range of the area it provides true vision, it can be very subtle such as a faint golden ring like Zyra's plants, this way you will know the area it reveals for all intensive purposes of stealthed wards, shaco boxes, shacos, teemo shrooms, teemo, rengar, evelynn, nidalee spears, and anything else, sometimes it is hard to understand what area it shows. Also can be toogleable in the settings tab.

I think these QOL buffs are not that game breaking at all and will provide a fair amount of clarity to the items that are supposed to provide clarity in the first place.
