balance isnt needed

25 mins in game, rammus can get slightly over 700 armor when his base is 200, just from his shield and aftershock, but its fine because it only lasts for 3 secs.

now i mainly play leona when playing support, and abuse the fuck out of that interaction because it so fucking strong. but i dont get why certain things in this game synergies so well together when other things just straight up dont, like shaco boxes and most items and runes affecting ablities. and yes leona and shaco are both champs i enjoy playing (shaco not as much these days), i would just like to see equal treatment to all champs regarding interactions, either fix shacos and all other champs interactions with items and abilities, or remove them so they work in a fixed fashion for each champ. (shacos boxes is an old example of this)
