i could have sworn it showed you how much ap and armor you have gained when you mouse over the armguard

For the people saying it does, i believe op is asking for a feral flare style counter on the buff bar

for me whenever I hover over, it doesn't show anything.

A counter on the item and spectral wraith would be nice, kind of like mejai's.
