Zed bug
Don't really know where I should say something about this or how many other people have already but Zed's Q has been bugged since 4.18. After using W or R, aiming Q will still display the skill-path for one cast within 3-5 seconds.

Yeup I've seen this before as well at times (I don't know what causes it) but some how you try to shadow swap and if you're CC'd just as you press the swap button you are rooted permanently at that spot till you die or flash to break it and then a permanent shadow stays there and gives you perma vision.
