Any Idea what Time would the HotFix for Aatrox going Live?

thing is. ive been searching boards for an answer: but i had an update when i logged in today(wasnt from yesterday as i played yesterday) meaning the hotfix was put in place. idk whats going on. but i just played a game of aatrox and his hotfix's werent there which makes me curious if it even went out and if not wth was my update today XD
