Champion Select is BUGGED / Glitched with Proof, Champion Disappear from Champ Select!

This has Happen to me Earlier today where I press the Role Icon to pick but than try to Type in Search for the Champion but it wouldn't show up at ALL, I went back to show all champion but He Completely disappear from Champ Select. I notice it Happen to a Streamer as well.
