I don't know if this is a joke post or not but i think this rework is over the broken level. Q - reasonable since not all amumu use always Aa. E - It make low sense since Q is the first spell always made and W is a toggle effect (basically you are constantly activate it?) At least make that every W tick reduce E cd by 0,25 (double against champ) R - with all this early game jungler in he meta, reward amumu early gank is a good thing. W - this spell is over the line. Actually warwick and annie have a low amount of duration of their damage reduction stat (2,5 and 3s) and then goes on CD. Alistar has 7 s but at least it's a ult. Supposing that you are always reducing damage (with an health ratio) that also reduce true damage will make him an over 80% winrate. Amumu need an health ratio on his E or a small buff to his w to let him duel other jungler.

Well, a 47-50 percent win rate isn't that bad honestly. That's where most champions tend to hover.

However, those changes are a little too much and would just push him to top tier status instead of just making him more viable. I'd suggest reducing the damage reduction by a lot because: the base is too high, adding scaling makes it wayyyy over the top, and nothing should reduce true damage because that goes against the whole concept of it.

Not trying to insult your idea. I think sad mummy boi should get compensated for being a bit out of the meta, but this is a bit overkill.
