Remove Tier 2 Runes!

Can't those runes just be removed already. Their soul purpose is to trick lvl 20's into believing their at an advantage against other newcomers when in reality they're wasting A TON of ip. I've personally made this error on an older account and i think about all the IP I've wasted.It gives me nightmares.Whenever i look into shop and see tier 2 runes.I become uncontrollably aroused and frustrated at the same time.
