I'm not really the type to speak in-game, I tend to be honored and I havn't played in a whole week? I just woke up this morning and I've just been banned. What did i do? Did I deserve a complete suspension? I'm so confused. 
Generally, when you try to log into the client you'll get a little info card telling you what you did wrong if it was a ban for toxicity. If you didn't get an info card then this is more than likely a shield ban to protect your account because Riot suspects someone is tampering with your shit.
Send in a support ticket to find out what's going on.

When you login, what does the pop up card say?
“Oh shit I’ve been banned for toxicity, better go make a thread saying I was offline as ‘proof’ I got ‘hacked’ “
