Making vi a top laner

If you really wanted to make vi a viable top laner (as said in patch notes) then my suggestion would be to make her q charge much faster than it does. Because as it stands its far to telegraphed and you need to basically be on top of them when you start charging it if you want any chance of hitting them otherwise its just a shitty gap closer and a long channel for any form of escape.
