Since Runes will be free. People who have all the champs will have nothing to use IP on. so...
-Make Icons 6000-7000 IP I feel like this would be fair for that amount of IP. But IDK i'm not good with pricing things.
-Add UI skins like in-game UI (Ability bar, Map, Etc.) Maybe for 100.000IP? Or just add this is general for customization purposes (They could only cost RP too maybe)
-Or add a completely new thing that costs IP

Yeah i know they're thinking of stuff that's why i made the board for extra ideas. i really like the idea of the new runes too

Rejecto1 votesIt would be really great, for some ward skins/skins to cost IP. But Or they could even raise the price of Hextech Mystery champion shard and put a 0.1% chance or less, that you will get a hextech chest/key out of it. I don't think that would be bad. :v
