I dont know why ... That champion was super irritating to play against, still is super irritating , and for some reason his Q gets free 50% cdr when he's in ult that grants him health, armor, magic resist... And his W that has no cooldown because it lasts for like 10 seconds.. Just rework him, there's no need to buff a sleeper-op champion.
