MMR fiasco

I just wanna ask a question. Do you agree with the fact that new players are set with a gold MMR and when you proceed to play a ranked game you are placed with people who have just started playing the game and are not capable of playing in a gold/silver matchmade game? My personal opinion is that their MMR should be set to at least bronze so they can climb their way up. Because right now people who have played the game and have better understanding for it are stuck playing in their elo, and are matchmade with someone who has 0 understanding of the game playnig against a gold lvl200 player. This seems verry unbalanced. [sg-lux-2]

Rito's mmr system has been broken for awhile.

New players do not start with a gold-equivalent MMR.

The curve is the same. The Titles have been redistributed to new Ranges on that curve.

Riots provisional games might be giving out to much MMR in an attempt to sort out smurfs. Riots Positional MM might give out to much MMR per Position.

Hard to judge with out their numbers to see.

But shifting the title on the curve makes 0 impact on MM as long as they don't fuck with MMR values.
