The Uderwhelming Ranked Queue

So, i am currently very pissed about the ranked matchmaking or whatever the problem with Ranked is. I droped from Silver 2 to Silver 4 with 0 Lp in about a week and im probably about to return to bronze and sell my account, just because i simply cant win a single ranked game. And the problem is always someone who flames, trolls and goes 0/6/0 in 5 minutes. I lost 12 games in a row just because of such situations.. But when i go to normal games, my win rate is a lot higher???? Tell me is it bad luck or what...
