put a restriction on ranked

riot if you can make it so people need certain amount of wins in a certain role before they can play it in ranked that would be great it does not make any sense that people who have no idea how to play jung to be in my games and people doing troll builds ruins ranked. i just had a game where hec player afk farm in the jung and bot lane was ganked so many times that they naturally fed cause no ganks from a hec with all that cc in his kit. a garen who went straight lethally cause he is a tank in top and you make lethally broken in this patch so everyone runs it. something along the lines as 100 wins in the lane to play it in ranked would be perfect. it makes no sense that in solo q you get people who have no idea how to play the role they they get to be playing ranked at all. it really is hard to climb as a support main when you have to carry the bot lane alone, your adc is not even decent mid lane feeds jung afk farming and top lane lose a lane they countered in champ select
