Looking for some reasoning

Heyo guys, just finished my promo's, went 9/10 did extremely well in all but two, one that I lost and still didn't do too poorly, got dropped into bronze 2. I ended silver 3 or 4 last season, I figured I'd get at least silver 5 having lost one game, but bronze? And bronze 2 at that? Can anyone explain to me why I got shafted so hard? I've been struggling to get back into this game and this just really hurts.

U actually ended pretty good. Usually its whole league lower on start of new season. As u ended s4 u should be put in bronze 4 but as u did amazing in those 10 games u got in b2.
