Teemo Stealth

Not thinking of any major changes, but I feel like a slight quality of life buff could be in order. Specifically, when stealthed, could Teemo ignore allied unit collision? I feel like it might be a nice change for his laning phase. A distinct thing I feel is when I'm stealthed in the middle of the lane, and it happens that minions spread out and move around me in a way that hints that I'm there.
