Mean behaviour constant problem in League - noob team builder is needed as well

How can people live with themselves, totally putting others down "you suck" "omg wft you are terrible" "Worthless!" and then, they just leave you alone in your lane? That is bullying taken from any school across the globe and there is no worse feeling than being shut out. It's disgusting. It is suppoused to be fun this, but.....

When did gaming go from being fun - to this?

Just saying, it is sad. . . And does not get better. Given up on pvp, people are so full of negativity that it gets people killed, since it totally KILLS THE ATMOSPHERE OF THE GAME. So people play worse. Do something Riot, This is awful and insane. "Adults" "Kids" playing, they seem to be the low of the lowest...no compassion, no understanding of noobs, no nothing but hate and flame.

Exceptions excist of course, but few. VERY FEW.

So please, RIOT, fix a team builder that creates games for noobs in pvp so we can train. And not have to deal with those assholes.
