Sylas feels dead

To many nerfs because of pro play left sylas dead. His laning phase is terrible. Extremely hard to wave clear using his own spells and passive. Its like you HAVE TO rush protoblet to even try to keep up with enemy mid laner using normal spells to clear. The only role he felt good was in the jungle where Riot didnt like him. Sylas feels dead. Cant think of a good time to pick sylas. Not vs ad AT ALL and not vs any aps that can push wave. If Riot doesnt want Sylas in the jg a good balance change would be to Buff passive and Q but lower his armor and attack speed in return.
