Would the old Kha'Zix be OP right now?

I'm talking pre-W damage and cooldown nerfs. Poke Kha'Zix. I think he'd actually be in a pretty balanced spot if they brought it back. Not too mention, add some much needed diversity back into the jungle. Riot has tanks in a good spot, maybe too good of a spot. I don't think it would hurt them to give Kha'Zix some power back.
