Ques and Dodging

Hey, Fellow summoners. I've read up on why some people dodge. I know you have competitive dodgers, and that there are suggestions that people dodge to rage at people. what I fail to see represented in the discussion, however, is what is the only reason I ever dodge during a que: A friend logs on during champion select.

at its core, you know, this game is a team game, and this game is a friend game. I don't have a solution, but I wanted to at least try to represent the issue on the forums since no one seems to have brought it up in the posts I've read. I wish there was a way to indicate that a friend logged on and to not have a dodge penalty of 2 hours (yikes) or 15 minutes or whatever. especially not on the featured game types, those are the ones that are supposed to be fun.

its a strong indication that philosophically, I guess, playing the game and having fun isn't as much of a priority as playing the riot meta, which is kind of sad. So, if any devs take a peek at this post, or if any trawlbots compile it into a thing for someone to read, know that that's what it looks like from my perspective.

Love you guys, riot, and FWIW, I really enjoy the recent champion updates (veigar and zil at least).
