ok first off I have a plan for a champion. lets make him deal a ton of damage q is range and main poke, e has a blink and extra damage, w gives him a shield and slows enemies, ult gives half his health back while dealing more than half of their health in damage. wait let make HIS W HAVE A 2.5 SECOND STUN YOU KNOW SOUNDS LIKE A GREAT PLAN. WHO THOUGHT OF THAT WHO EVER IT WAS NEEDS TO GET PUNCH IN THE FACE FIX THIS FUCKER

Except that it is super easy to dodge. Moving left or right dodges it literally 99% of the time

Have you considered dodging his abilities?

Because trying to land TImewinder without E is super easy vs any competent mid laner.

Landing your extremely telegraphed W is also super easy, especially when the enemy midlaner has an idea where it's going to land when you start diving beyond the minion line.

Ever landed a Dark Binding on Ekko before he dashed into his PE? Or landed a knockup on him at 50% health before he could ult? You can literally stun this champion out of the game if your team isn't just rolling their face on their keyboards. Plus, when Ekko actually does Chronobreak into your team, he is all out of tricks. Kill him. If you're having troubles dodging/dealing with his very telegraphed skills and combos, it sounds like an individual skill issue and less with a balance issue.
