patch 5.1 28,000 files scanned 4 hour wait

so i turn on my league of legends it gets to 33 percent in the update then it goes into file scanning and it has done this before but it stopped at 12,000 and only only took about a hour and a half. but today it went to 28,000 files scanned and keep going 4 to 5 hours of waiting so i turn it off and turn it back on starts at 1 file scanned again just starts over. so now i have been waiting for about a hour and its at 2,500 files scanned im getting really tired of this please help me your the only moba i like i have spent about 200 dollars on this game and now i can't play anymore
