Spelltheif's is ruined.

I like to play a decent amount of morgana support. Today was my first time since the reworked support items. before you were able to maintain your proc's so that you were making enough gold to stay relevant but now with W only gaining 1 proc even when placed on 2 enemy's makes no sense. I understand its 1 spell cast, but it should still proc each time it deals damage. After a couple games it seems that this is intended? while nami and sona can still gain multiple proc's from 1 spell cast? seems kind of unfair and put morgana way behind on the gold income and delays her build significantly.

Riot needs to fix this cause right now it seems morgana is just unviable cause coin and relic are useless and this spellthiefs problem is just way to painful to try and play through.

So Spellthief's isn't ruined, its just that specific interaction between Morg and the new Spellthiefs.

I am quite sure they did it on purpose - and precisely because of Morgana. She was able to proc all 3 charges nearly instantly everytime they were up - with a single spell that's hard to dodge, to say the least (and without putting herself into any kind of danger).

Most other supports have to get into AA range or just use multiple spells to proc it reliably - Morgana was just put back in line with the rest of the roster.

Morgana can still get 2 procs with spellthief's when the enemies just stand inside the W long enough. You can proc spellthief's every 1,5 seconds now. Before, it had no timer. You just need to figure out how to use it effeciently.

I actually like spellthief's better now. I still play Taliyah support sometimes and use spellthief's on her. The good thing about the change is that now, after the quest is finished, I get movementspeed whenever I proc spellthief's, which is great.

If you think the item got nerfed in anyway, I think you are crazy. it's a huge buff all around.

If your having problems with gold generation, its because your stealing too much of the ADCs farm. That's really all there is to it.
