SITTING ON TONS OF MASTERY LEVEL 6 AND 7 TOKENS BECAUSE IT'S 3250-3900 BE TO LVL UP A CHAMP

I'm a support main. So I'm not gonna lie to you getting a S-, S, or S+, rank isn't as hard as it is in other roles. But currently I'm sitting on 3 lvl 7 champion mastery tokens for , , , and 2 lvl 6 tokens for and . My problem is because of the new system I PHYSICALLY DON'T HAVE THE BE TO LEVEL THEM UP! I'm sort of a completion-ist and it bothers me so much to have champs I can't advance on after getting 2 lvl 6 tokens (or getting them to level 7) because I don't have enough champion shards to disenchant into BE. It's so frustrating to get an S or S+ on a champ you have lvl 6 on and already have 3 lvl 7 tokens for! I can't believe it cost 3250-3900 BE to level a champ up, especially when I get 2 shards that disenchant into** 90 BE FROM ONE CHAMPION CAPSULE!?!?** Like are you serious? It takes a fair bit of time to level up and sometimes you get **NOTHING ** from the champ capsule. Is the idea we just grind for capsules and pray we get the exact champion shard to level up the champ for no BE?
