Yup. Bandwagoning on the freelo champs should be an instant disqualification from discussing balance.

metaworldpeace101 votesNerfs to Lucian are not in the right spot. I'd like to see more nerfs to his q rather than his passive, although reducing the duration from 6 seconds to 3 seconds sounds reasonable, 2 seconds is just not reasonable at all.
