He also has a bight and shiny new texture update to his base model and voidlings that matches the new splash. :)

I love that he has a 3rd void eye now

Yes it's well done but Malz is meant to be pretty :/

I came here because this thread sounded like a skin idea for Malzahar.

...

I have a skin idea for Malzahar.

As a Malz main and seeing how other people complained about other splash arts, im VERY impressed and happy with this new Malzahar [zombie-nunu-hearts]

I wasn't feeling good with the Malzahar Update, but now that i see what it become, I think my main will be different but still fun to play. All I wanted riot to keep is still there, his Q, his E and his Ult (even if it's different, it still suppress). I was only expecting from riot to change his W, even if it was a BIG part of the ult's damage, into something for voidling. What did riot do? They find a ways to keep his Q, his E, his R and W combo pratically intact and they added a very cool new passive and a way to make his Pokemon more usefull than before! Thank you Riot, you did well on my main. I like how he's different but still the Malzahar I know and play. You keep the most important. All I want now is to try him, but i still don't have acces to PBE >w<

TBH i really dont like his new splash, but ill get used to it. I find it makes him look very scrawny, boney and almostlike he is a monster; but people could argue he is a monster so idk.

Can confirm as a highly critical player, and theory crafter that malzahar got by far the best thematic and playpattern update. A little skeptical about keeping the

W on his ult (its really not that iconic and i felt like u kept it cuz why not) but besides that the passive adds alot of thought to how u approach and deal with

malzahar. The NEW w voidlings gameplay is interesting in the regard that if u time your voidlings to not get obliterated in AOE in teamfights you can stack them

up for hopefully alot of magic (plz not physical damage :( ....)

Whats your favorite part about the new malz

agbudar4/20/2016, 3:58:08 AM2 votes

and still no use for that dagger on his belt.

This champion is going to be broken on release imo. They added his w to his r, moved passive to his w, and added a new passive. There must be some big numbers changes to make that work.

why does he have a vastly superior version of Yasuo's flow shield as passive? He doesn't even need to move from what I've read. cause fk Yasuo, right? He belongs in the gutter, yes?

Does he struggle super hard in lane/farming that he needs such a strong passive?

More void maggots per units killed too. so you can't melee vs this guy now. cause fk AD mids too right?

No one concerned that, unless the voidlings deal magic damage, AD malz seems the way to go, since the ult is now a shitty lockdown (looking at you qss) people can easily counter him since his W doesnt deal much damage for people that are smart enough to QSS and walk out of it. So the only way to go will be AD malz, lockdown with ult + E and let the voidlings do dmg?

Or am i looking at it the wrong way? Tell me.
