What is wrong with this game

I've continuously gotten my offrole and gotten someone occupying my main role who has AT LEAST three to four times as many wins as I do and is in 2 or more higher divisions with mmr equal to me, basically showing they ARE NOT COMPETENT IN THIS ELO AT THEIR ROLE. No amount of being nice, being intimidating, BEING ANYTHING gets it through their heads that in order to win they need to suck it up and do what's good for the team. PLEASE LOOK INTO MATCHMAKING AND ENABLING US TO GET OUR MAIN ROLE ENSURED MORE BASED ON PERFORMANCE. IM TIRED OF LOSING TO MY OWN TEAM.

The whiny and entitled player base is what's wrong with this game. That goes for pretty much any topic on this game.
