I think it's well-accepted at this point that ARAM grading is always gonna be wonky. Champs that favor ranged poke/burst into packed groups of enemies are going to get absurd scores, so distinguishing yourself to an S-level is going to be difficult.
Why do people bother getting an S an ARAM? The champions you get are completely RANDOM. You're not getting anything for it, or what they call mastery tokens.
