My Donger Could Use Just A Little More Raising (Dongers Passive)

Champions these days are VERY COMPLEX and are EXCELLENT at fulfilling a feeling of interactability, or fleshing out the character you're playing. Iverns passive with the ring of freedom around jungle buddies, Jhin's little FOUR counter, ANNIES FOUR counter, Kled with his buddy Skarl, Ao Shin with his stars, they all serve very intuitive function, as well as being strong as far as enhancing the design of the champion. Now, tie this back to Heimerdinger, specifically his passive. I personally feel like his passive should just be dashed with a pinch of interest to it. As it stands right now, it serves a useful function, but it's super easy for you to not notice it, or even forget what your passive even is mid game! I feel like it could use some tweaking. The way his passive stands right now, is ok. It serves a function to have him hold a point with his team and enforce strong siege or defend against it, so function is fine. I want, at the least, for some visual interest to be brought. Something as small as a couple of micro bots flying around allies effected by your passive would add to a feeling of satisfaction. Now that's if we want to keep his passive, which I'm ok with. I love my dong, but I also totally would be cool with a change in his passive. Maybe something like upgrading ACTUAL turrets for a short period of time, or hell, maybe give him something like what zilean has, but only instead of giving experience, he gives a small buff into a numeric stat depending on what the player has built and upgrading allies. I think the upgrade to actual turrets would be pretty interesting and certainly enforce his siege/anti-siege playstyle. Now, I hear you saying, oh well gee, that sounds pretty strong! Yes, yes it is, but so are A LOT of champion passives in this game! HELL, AZIR GETS TO JUST BUILD A TURRET! Of course these passive ideas would need to be balanced a little whether it be in making upgraded allies/turrets have a short duration, or the numeric boost being relatively small ((it's a passive after all)), but I certainly think it would spark a little more "swagger" into the dongmeister himself. Now, Donger isn't the ONLY champion with this "unsatisfying FEELING" passive ((look at someone like wukong, or mundos passive. They're decent passives, but could certainly be given some extra flair and interest)). I just wanted to mention the Donger because he holds a special place in my heart and I just want to Raise my Donger to heights that I know he could achieve with just a small tweak to his passive. Sidenote: real talk, passives have come to the point where they can MAKE a champion! Jhin, Annie, Kalista, Kled, Gnar, these are champions with passives that just hold such a HUGE hand to the champions functionality and identity and I just love it!
