on normal i get 27 fps and i tried to get more fps and i turned settings low and turned vsync ,alias, etc, fps uncapped. and most i got was fps going from 40-60.

i improved it somehow but every 5 mins my mouse becomes uncontrollable.

whats the best way to increase fps without messing up your gameplay.

note: i play on COMPUTER (new)

new as in you just got it, or new as in it was made in 2008ish. because if its not the 2nd one then your kind of screwed. also which windows do you have? is your connection good (check by seeing how long it takes to open browser, that usually helps me to figure it out, if it takes like 10 seconds then its your connection)

Ping has nothing to do with your computer and everything to do with your internet/where you live. I have no idea what 100 pct is.

What you did is adjusted your screen resolution. Right click on your desktop, select "Screen Resolution", then in the resolution drop down box pick the value that has (recommended) next to it. If that doesn't fix it, do whatever steps you originally did in reverse. It sounds like you disabled the Areo theme (or whatever it's called) and went back to Windows 98 theme in your quest for FPS.

Trying to increase your FPS just for the sake of having a higher FPS is about as useful as increasing the horsepower of a minivan. Considering you don't know the specs on your computer, it's hard to say if your friends actually have worse computers than you or not.
