Kog'Maw: highest winrate champion with the least amount of player experience required

Kog'Maw is currently sitting at a 55.94% winrate this patch and is doing extremely well no matter how much experience a person has with the champion. Nearly half of those wins are from people with only 1-5 games played on him (54% winrate). Experienced players with 50+ games on Kog'Maw are at a 61% winrate.

Riot was quick to send Aurelion Sol nerfs to the PBE when only a small minority of players had been able to harness the champion to its full potential, but Kog'Maw has been the best ADC for months now (minus last patch when he was bugged). Players still aren't even putting a point into Q, which I thought was a problem that was being addressed.
