[BUG] No Ranked Dodge Penalty

Hi there, so I'm not one to usually dodge a game but I am in fact aware of its consequences. Once last night and again this morning I exited the client near the end of champion selection in order to dodge the game (wasn't satisfied with our team comp vs. theirs). I logged back in to find that I suffered no LP loss and was able to requeue right away without any leaverbuster penalty (I believe it would've been 5 minutes).

I'm pretty sure this is a bug right?

due to this it is almost impossible to actually start a ranked game. everyone leaves. i am so mad right now

Yep, can confirm. I dodged today and got no penalty and my LP are the same. Although since this started, it takes a lot longer to find a group after a dodge, so maybe the penalty is just not showing in a window like it should be?

I didn't leave and I got penalized.

I can confirm on EUNE you can dodge without penalty.
