Runes
So I was wondering, for my runes, should I get scaling magic resist or flat magic resist for the blue ones? Comments would be very helpful :)

Depends what champion and what matchup. If you're going for a general tank rune page go scaling. If you're going for a midlaner vs ap page go flat
I wouldn't take scaling just because he isn't a champion that scales tank wise into the late game especially with the new nerfs requiring the player to build more offensive items. I'd personally run flat but you can run scaling if you wish or could make a seperate rune page for a heavy ap team where u could take scaling.
Scaling is mainly for junglers, or advanced players. Lv 10 is where it really kicks in soo it's up to you.
